Megan Gunnell, LMSW, Founder and Psychotherapist, is a leading expert in wellness, self-care and mindfulness. Her work helps clients transform, restore and reach their highest potential. With over 20 years experience in the healthcare and therapy industry, she has extensive clinical experience both inpatient and outpatient and has supported thousands of clients through profound change and growth.
Megan specializes in psychotherapy services addressing women’s issues, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, adjustment to change and relationship issues. She uses traditional talk therapy as well as music therapy, mandala techniques, guided imagery, journaling, dream work, drumming and shamanic journey to help her clients access their greatest potential.
As a writer and public speaker, she shares her trade tips for healthy living through a balance of clinical wisdom and brave authenticity. Her greatest passion is transformational retreat work. Megan has hosted 6 international retreats in Costa Rica and several nationwide.
Julia Kline, LMSW, CAADC, Psychotherapist, believes that even though someone else cannot heal you, it does not mean you have to do it alone. Throughout the course of our lives, we encounter various challenges, stressors, or life events that can take us off-balance.
In her 15+ years of experience, she has helped individuals learn how to manage their lives more effectively by incorporating techniques from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). She helps individuals become more adequately equipped to regulate their emotions, practice mindfulness, manage anxiety and/or depressive symptoms, and improve/repair relationships.
